Shipping Policy

aurum apotheca ships on Wednesdays & Fridays of every week

Domestic (US): Orders are shipped via USPS Priority within five business days of purchase. Standard US rates apply based on weight. USPS Priority Express is available at an additional cost.

• International Orders (non US): USPS international shipping is calculated by destination in your cart. Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location, so please research your country’s policy before purchasing. Marking the item as a “gift” on the custom form is a felony and mail fraud – it simply can’t be done.

• You will receive an email with tracking after your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Please email through the contact form if you have any issue and we will respond promptly.

• Please make sure to include the correct address for your package, we are unable to change shipping once it is in process.

• We will combine shipping only if the order has not been packed yet. If the order has gone to shipping and is ready for pickup then it will be shipped seperately and you will be charged.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products being intentionally made from seasonal small batches, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancelations. We hope that you understand this policy but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
